The starting times for all activities are:

Arrival at the meeting point is 30 minutes before the departure time.
The meeting point for activities is at ČEZSOČA 71, 30 minutes before the scheduled start. You can check the exact location using the link.
It is important that you arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the activity starts. We kindly ask that you account for any stops, traffic, or other unforeseen delays that may occur during your drive. Please note that other guests cannot wait, and the activity will begin at the scheduled time.
If you are delayed, please inform us immediately by phone. We will make an effort to find an appropriate solution.
We offer free parking for all guests and participants.
We also provide pickup service in Bovec and Čezsoča.
At our location, we have a large parking area with restrooms and a shower. The parking lot is also large enough to accommodate motorhomes.
Parking is free.
The minimum number of participants on any our activities is 2 persons. The maximum group size depends on the activity:
Rafting Adventure: 8 people + 1 guide per boat
Canyoning Trip: 16 people
Kayaking Tour: 8 people
Big groups and team buildings please contact us at least 7days in advance for more time flexibility.
Reservation Questions
Purchase of a Permit for the Soča River
Starting in 2024, it will be necessary to purchase a permit for each section of the Soča River that is located in a different municipality.
On the website GoSoča.si, anyone can purchase their permit through the online store, which is required for navigating the Soča River.
On the website, where you can buy the permit, you will also find updates about the current conditions on the river (in a red frame), with alerts about river closures or access points (e.g., The access path Srpenica 1 is impassable, material was washed away. Access is possible on foot.).
The Soča River is divided into three sectors:
Sector 1 – Bovec (€3)
Velika korita, Bunkerji, Kršovec, Zmuklica, Sotočje Vodenica, Kluže, Čezsoča, Boka, Srpenica 1.
Sector 2 – Kobarid (€10)
Srpenica 2, Trnovo 1, Trnovo 2, Otona, Napoleon’s Bridge.
Sector 3 – Tolmin (€5)
Kamno, Volarje, Gabrje, Volčanski Bridge.
For example: If you want to go rafting from the entry point Srpenica 1 to the exit point Trnovo 1, you will need to buy a permit for Sector 1 and Sector 2 (which costs €13 for the day).
Steps to purchase a permit:
- Fill out the registration form.
Make sure the email address is correct as you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code, and a link to activate the permit on the day of the activity. - Confirm the payment and complete the transaction with your bank details.
- Permits can be purchased online or at one of the sales points (Tourist Information Centers in Bovec, Kobarid, and Tolmin). For more information, visit their website.
Rafting Season and Time Restrictions in the Kobarid Municipality (Sector 2):
Rafting on the Soča River in the Kobarid municipality (Sector 2) is restricted during the rafting season (March 15 to October 31). Rafting is allowed from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM unless otherwise specified due to other factors.

Weather conditions do not significantly affect the enjoyment of water sports activities. Participants are equipped with protective gear to mitigate any adverse weather effects. In fact, touring in the rain can offer a distinctive and enjoyable experience, as evidenced by the satisfaction of groups who have chosen to embark on tours during less-than-ideal weather conditions.

Prior notice is required for each activity. We recommend that you reserve your desired date and time as soon as possible to ensure it best fits your schedule.

Payment can be made online or in cash at our location on the day of the activity.
We are available every day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, even during holidays.
The season for all activities runs from March 15 to October 31.
The exceptions are paragliding and tandem skydiving from an airplane.
We accept reservations all year round, also through Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, and Manawa.
How to make a reservation on our website.
You can make a reservation on our website. Under the desired activity, a calendar will appear where you can select the desired date, time, and number of participants (the minimum number of participants for an activity is 2). In the next step, you can read where the meeting point is. There are two more steps: first, your contact details, and second, payment. You can pay for the reservation online or in cash at our location.
For those who will participate in classic rafting, don't forget to purchase a permit for the Soča River. You will receive more information when making your reservation.

Our prices are based on individual bookings and are "all-inclusive," covering all expenses associated with the activity. You won't incur any additional charges for supplements or extras.
Discounts
We offer extra discounts for activities, including various sales and package tours which you can view and read about on our website.

Prepayments
Prepayment for your reservation is not required. The only exceptions are larger groups, in which case we ask for a prepayment.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of the tour. Payment is possible only with cash, PayPal and a deposit to our bank account.
We don’t accept Credit Cards.
Feel free to modify or cancel your reservation at any time. However, we request that you notify us promptly to allow other guests the opportunity to fill your spot and to avoid any disruptions in tour planning. Any adjustments to your reservation must be communicated to us at least one day prior to your scheduled time slot.

Safety Questions
We put the safety of our guests first. Before every activity, guests receive the mandatory safety equipment made from materials of the highest quality, tested and certified according to European standards. Each participant receives safety gear from us which includes:
- helmet
- life jacket
- neoprene suit
- shoes
- anorak
- harness for canyoning
What to bring:
All you need to participate is a swimsuit, towel and an dry clothes after the trip.
During your excursion, you will be under the supervision of expert guides trained in wild water rescue. These guides are predominantly locals, intimately familiar with the river and surrounding terrain. They possess extensive qualifications, boasting years of experience as tourist guides, and have fulfilled all legally mandated certifications necessary for leading such activities.
During each activity, you will be accompanied by at least one guide, or more, depending on the number of guests.

We provide insurance coverage for all our activities to ensure the safety and security of our guests throughout their experience. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of safety, we highly recommend that our guests also obtain travel insurance for additional peace of mind.
Do not bring expensive items with you, as we are not responsible for your personal items.
Bring only a swimwear, towel and dry clothes to change after the activity.
Our guests do not need any previous experience, as almost all activities are suitable for beginners.
Only for canyoning PREDELICA is good to have some canyoning experience.
All participants on water activities must have swimming skills (diploma).
* Only exception is family rafting on your own responsibility.
Physical competences & limitations
Minimum age for each activity:
- Family Rafting: 3 years old
- Classic Rafting: 6 years old
- Canyoning Sušec: 7 years (must be able to jump into water from app. 3m heights)
- Kayak trip: 10 years old and swimming skills are obligatory.
- Canyoning Fratarica: 12 years
- Canyoning Predelica: 15 years
The important thing is not only the age of the youngest participant but also the composition of the team. If you plan to bring young children, please inform us so we can arrange a suitable activity together.
If the children are younger than 18 years old, they must be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times.
We request that participants with pre-existing conditions such as allergies, diabetes, heart problems, or any other health issues that may arise during the activity inform the guide or medical personnel in advance.
Past injuries
Guests with past injuries of the spine or shoulders and knees are advised against participating in activities.
Due to safety reasons we advise the following persons against partaking in activities:
– women weighing over 110kg (or BMI index exceeding 30),
– men weighing over 120kg (or BMI index exceeding 40),
– persons whose waistline exceeds 120cm (for canyoning only),
– pregnant women and
– disabled persons.
Our trip rules explicitly prohibit the consumption of alcohol and other psychoactive substances.
