Table of contents

In the Soča Valley (Bovec, Kobarid, Tolmin), during the 2025 summer season (July 1 – August 31), several "hop on – hop off" and shuttle public transport lines will be available – perfect for car-free trips!

What is "hop on – hop off"?

It’s a special bus or van that runs between interesting destinations. You can hop on and hop off at any designated stop. The bus runs all day, so you can ride to a waterfall, grab an ice cream, then continue your journey to another location – all with the same ticket! The schedule is tailored for tourists rather than regular daily commuters.

It’s great for family trips because you don’t need to drive, and it also helps protect nature – less traffic means cleaner air and a greener environment.
